Instructions for Recording Your Application Video

General remarks

• Allow enough time for the recording.
• Please ensure a good tuning of the instruments.
• The recording should be made in appropriate venues. High sound quality is expected.

Guidelines for the video recording

• The recording must contain the preselection programme in the specified order.
• The video must be recorded from a fixed camera position. The hands and feet must be visible.
• The video must be recorded in one take. Cuts are not permitted, not even between works. Mistakes are permitted, they do not automatically lead to disqualification.
• It is not permitted to submit older / existing recordings.

Technical requirements

• When choosing your recording device, please ensure that the recording is of good quality.
• The video should be recorded in landscape format.
• Cameras and cell phone cameras are permitted. It is important that the above specifications are adhered to.
• The soundtrack must remain unedited. No reverb or similar may be added to the recording.
• Please do not insert the titles of the pieces.
• You will upload the application video to the muvac.com platform during the application process.
• We recommend checking the video for sound and image quality after uploading.
