»Music from Heaven's Castle«

Concert in the Summer Hall • 08 September 2013

The concert series »Music from Heaven’s Castle« focuses on J.S. Bach's cantatas written in Weimar, where Bach regularly performed in »Heaven’s Castle«, the court chapel. There, the musicians played above the worshippers – and although our Summer Hall is much smaller, it still enables musicians to play down to their listeners from above
